A workplace with a digital colleague
Your computer gets a digital colleague.
Not another app you have to learn. I set up your existing workplace so your colleague reads documents, prepares work and thinks along with you, across your folders and programs.
Working Windows alpha. I set up the first workplaces personally.
Drag across your working day
Up front is your day as it runs now. Drag the orange plane to the right and you see the same day, prepared by your colleague.
Your mail is read and grouped. The replies are ready, you hit send.

A colleague who learns your profession
Everyone uses the same AI. The difference is not the model. The difference is what your colleague learns to do for your profession. Five examples of what he can learn:
Patient explanation after treatment
- Dictate a short treatment note
- Turn it into text
- Write the explanation in plain language
- Prepare the patient video
- You approve
The digital colleague is the same. What he learns for your profession makes him your specialist.
We do not start with ten skills at once. We first build the one you really need. Once it works, he learns the next one, step by step.
Each skill gets built only after we have done the work together once for real. That keeps it proven work, not a promise.
What can you ask him?
Your colleague does not replace your expertise. He takes over the preparatory work that keeps landing on your desk.
You ask
“Look through the client requests folder. Make an overview, tell me what is missing and prepare the replies. Do not send anything yet.”
Your colleague does
- 18 files read
- Requests grouped per client
- Missing information flagged
- 6 replies prepared
- Nothing sent
You decide
“Open the reply for client three first.”
And beyond that, anything you would ask a new colleague:
No new app. He works where your work already lives.
You do not have to move your business to a new system. Your colleague works with the files, folders and programs you already use today.
If your work lives in OneDrive, then Word, Excel, Copilot and your digital colleague all work with the same files. Each does what it is good at.
The rule of thumb is simple: working in one document, use Copilot. Does it span your whole workplace, ask your colleague.
He learns how you want to work
Your agreements and preferences are not hidden inside a closed system. They live in a readable file in your own workplace.
That way of working stays yours. If the technology changes later, another suitable colleague simply continues with the same agreements.
- Always write in plain language.
- Prepare everything, but send nothing without approval.
- Never delete files without asking first.
- Always use our existing template for quotes.
- Show clearly which information is still missing.
How we set up your workplace
We start with your real work
Together we pick one task that is genuinely waiting for you today. Not a made-up demo, but work from your own business.
I set up your workplace
I install and configure what is needed. The steps only you can do, like logging into your own accounts, we do together. Your passwords stay with you.
We verify that everything really works
After the setup, everything is checked again. You receive the result as a document in your own workplace.
You complete one real task
Your colleague shows you around and together you complete the chosen task. Only then is the setup finished.
No setup that ends at 'it is installed'. We finish when you have experienced that it works.
Personally set up
This is a working alpha. So today you do not get an anonymous license with a help center behind it. I set up the first workplaces personally and I stay next to you until it works.
That way we start with your real work, solve problems on the spot and define precisely what your colleague may and may not do.
Current phase
- Working Windows alpha
- Personally guided setup
- Limited number of first workplaces
Everything starts with you and stays yours
Your own accounts
You log in yourself. Your passwords stay with you.
Your own files
Your workplace lives on your own computer or in a storage location you choose.
Minimal access
Your colleague can only reach what is needed for the agreed tasks.
Your approval
He prepares, structures and proposes. You decide what gets saved, sent or executed.
Which external AI services are used and which data they process, we make visible up front. The setup is tailored to your work and your privacy requirements.
Your workplace has to keep working
Technology changes. Accounts change. New possibilities appear. That is why, after the setup, I can keep checking, updating and repairing your workplace. So you do not have to figure out what changed every time.
What work only ever waits for you?
Show me one recurring task, a folder of documents or a process that keeps demanding your attention. Then we will look together at whether a digital colleague truly makes a difference there.
