About
I'm Kris. I run three businesses from Lisbon. I built one system that runs all of them.
A vault with 500+ structured files that acts as a database. Rules that define what AI can and cannot do. An enforcement layer that validates every write. Agents that operate inside these constraints — reading context, executing tasks, building software.
I don't write code. I design the operating system. The rules, the knowledge graph, the enforcement layers, the feedback loops. AI runs inside it.
The old way: have an idea, write the architecture, write the code, debug, deploy. The bottleneck was human implementation.
The new way: have an idea, design the problem space, let agents build, review the result. The bottleneck is problem definition.
The best builders won't be the best coders. They'll be the ones who write the sharpest specs, design the smartest constraints, and run the tightest experiment loops.
OsteosOnline — a network of osteopathy practices across Belgium and the Netherlands. Two complete websites, reporting infrastructure, invoicing automation. Coel.ai — AI tools and the system itself. This website, built while walking through Lisbon, talking into my phone.
The future of building isn't programming — it's designing problem spaces where agents find solutions.
