Your business runs onimplicit knowledge.
I surface that knowledge, turn it into strategy, and build AI products, workflows and systems that run inside the real work. So you're no longer the bottleneck.
One pattern. Every project.
Ten years of building for my own companies, SMBs, a hospital and a university. Everywhere the same bottleneck: crucial knowledge lives in people, not in systems.
Work that depends on people, not systems
Every organisation starts the same way. Knowledge lives in heads. Processes depend on who's available. Growth means hiring, not building.
Bravis hospital: digital ways of working that never landed. Cgers: communication fragmented across teams. OsteosOnline: ten practices, no shared infrastructure.
Turn the work into something repeatable
I map how the work actually happens, then design a system around it. Operating models, software, AI. Whatever fits the problem.
Bravis: e-learning the department now runs itself. A software agency: delivery rebuilt around AI. OsteosOnline: an operating system that carries the daily work.
More output, same team, less effort
The system compounds. Each new user, each new project, each new question makes it stronger. Growth stops requiring proportional effort.
Software agency: same team, many times the projects. OsteosOnline: new practices join without extra overhead.
Discover first, then build
Some products you sell to your customers. Others run inside your own organization. Same pattern, same method. Three steps with a clear outcome, a price up front, and at every step you decide whether we continue.
Product Discovery
€490 excl. VAT, credited against the pilot
In two sessions we make clear what is worth building. Only then do you decide whether you want to continue.
You get an online Discovery Dossier with: the opportunity · the product hypothesis · the first user journey · a concrete pilot proposal
A web environment of your own that grows with everything we make together after that.
What such an opportunity can be:
Pilot
from €2,000 excl. VAT, 4 weeks on average
We prove it small first. A scoped pilot that makes the core of the product work, with real users and real feedback. Fixed scope and a fixed price, agreed before we start. Output: something that works, not slides.
Build
If the pilot works, we keep building. What we build grows with what your product demands: users, security, compliance. When it calls for enterprise level, a technical team stands behind it. Quoted per project, with clear scope and agreements.
When the product calls for it:
See your business as a system
Show me your site or tell me what you do. A few questions, and you'll see your business as a system, on the spot.
Optional, but strongly recommended. It helps me understand you right away.
Different organizations. Same pattern.
Starters and small firms
Contagest · Accordia
From what you know to something that works. This is where the biggest passion tends to live, and passion wants to move. I translate your knowledge, ideas and recurring work into products, workflows and AI systems that keep up with that pace.
Humans first, then systems
I have built the big systems, from a hospital to a university to my own platforms. What I choose today are straight lines: people with something in them, a practice, an idea, a company that does not exist yet. Passion works differently than a lobby. And when it truly needs to be industrial, my technical partners step in.

Where vision becomes reality.

Lessons from real systems
Not the model, but the harness
Dependency versus sovereignty. Why I don't pick models, but build the harness that makes them swappable. Exit power over benchmarks.
From prompting to compiling
Intent goes in as a brief. Agents act as compiler passes. Eval gates act as the typechecker. The output only ships if it passes every check. I treat AI agents like a compiler, not a slot machine.
Let's build something human-first
I help expert teams keep what makes them great (the taste, the judgment) and turn the rest into systems that scale. Operating models, software, AI, whatever fits.
